Strawsome Review and Giveaway Us only Ends 8/26

Strawesome.com

Strawesome is a family-owned and operated Michigan-based green company with a commitment to health and the environment. We offer fun, safe, and reusable glass drinking straws to people of all ages - making it easy to go green!  Our straws are all hand-made in our workshop in Michigan and we take pride and care to offer the best products and service possible.
We launched our business in March 2009 and sell exclusively through this website to customers around the world. Being a young company, we rely heavily on our customers spreading the word to their friends, family and co-workers.

I love straws always have, but I hate the fact the Plastic straws have to be thrown away, and then they build up in the landfills, I also really hate then the straw breaks or cracks.  When I came across Strawesome I was amazed by the straws, they were so pretty, and they even offer plain straws.

Bent Regular Straws

Ever go to a fast food restaurant and  get all the way home to realize they never gave you a straw? with these you never have to worry there is always one waiting for you.
Even my husband had to admit they were nice to have, and came in very handy, of course this was after he complained he had no idea why I would want a glass straw, typical for him.

The company is from Michigan, so I am thrilled to help spread the word, and promote them. Now you may be thinking that a glass straw might break super easy and cut you right? Mine has held up, and I even dropped it once. not all the way or into the sink, but onto the counter and it's still perfectly intact. Overall I can tell you I really enjoy my Strawesome straw.

What a great idea! Glass straws...the thought about them breaking is what scared me. I'm a straw-chewer (I'm a little embarrassed to admit), so I'm not sure if a straw like that would hold out for me...sounds interesting though :)

Stopping by and following from the "Welcome Wednesday" blog hop. Would love a follow back :)

I love this! I have been wanting to buy glass straws for awhile. You know how many plastic straws would be diverted from a landfill if people used glass ones? I don't know the exact number, but a boat load! :)
