Baby Belle Bottom Review and Giveaway

Baby Belle Bottoms is dedicated to helping families cloth diaper through education, product support and timely delivery of high quality cloth diapering products. We strive to make our customers happy and treat them with honesty and respect. We have been selling many of the same products for 8 years and know them well.
We’ve recently been introduced to EC (elimination communication), or going diaper-free. We are excited to share this amazing way to communicate with infants. EC is another great and practical alternative to disposables for many families.
In the interest of your sanity and ours, we’ve narrowed our selection of cloth diapering, EC and potty training products to those we feel provide our customers with an excellent value, are easy to use, top rated and are made by outstanding manufactures with great warranties.  We further select for products made in the USA, made ethically and made with certified organic materials when possible.

Mother-Ease Cloth Diaper Review and Giveaway Us and Canada Only Ends 8/26

Mother Ease Cloth Diapers

Our eldest son, Aaron, was born in 1981. At that time, I used traditional flat, rectangular cloth diapers, which need to be folded and pinned, along with the plastic pant which went over top to keep his clothes dry. My next two children were cloth diapered this same way, but by the time our fourth child arrived, I had concluded that there MUST be a better way of cloth diapering. In deference to the environment and to minimize cost, I was determined not to use disposable diapers.
Shortly after Sandy was born, I set to work to design a diaper that would make my life easier and Sandy’s more comfortable. The result was our breathable All In One cloth diaper. With an exclusive side ventilation system, it combines an outer waterproof cover with an inner absorbent cotton material. Plastic snaps make cloth diapering easy and it fits a baby’s bottom snugly.

Preston's Pants Review and Giveaway US ONLY Ends 7/28

One sunny afternoon I was shopping in a big chain store with Preston and his sister Sheena.  I had run out of disposables and needed another big bag of those things.
As I strolled through the aisles of baby clothing and diapers, I came across some old fashioned, prefold diapers.  I don't know what came over me, but I picked up a pack and tossed them into the cart.  "Hmm...maybe I will need these some day...when I can't make it to the store or I'm broke."
When we arrived home, I washed them, and tried one on Preston with a pair of vinyl pants.  His booty was so big, that I burst out laughing until tears ran down my face.  My husband thought I was nuts!  After Preston soaked his diaper, I had a tough time with the pins, and decided to look on line for a better solution.  One thing lead to another, and I began to make my own diapers. And being the perfectionist that I am, they had to be awesome, well made, and unique diapers!
With a lot of help from my friend Paully at "Middleearthdiaper" I developed a top selling product that is fashionable, economical, and oh so cute!  Not to meantion that they really hold up to heavy wetters and can withstand hard washings!  Paully saw my potential as a designer/seamstress, and carved a path for my diaper line by making them the attraction of her store!
So...here I am...making your little babies happy, dry, and CUTER THAN EVER!!

We received 2 Preston's Pants Diapers for review, and my son has worn then a few times,  and I have washed them a few times, and they absorb well, I haven't had any issues, with Leaking, or rashes.
The first one is this one

I love this one, the print is adorable, and the best part it doesn't show any staining to make the diapers look dirty because of the brown Fleece inner, and I like the fact that in the hot summer months the inners are breathable so he doesn't get to hot down there.

The other one we received is blue and black, and I'm not in love with the print, but it works as well as the giraffe one. They both have a great Fit, and although these are a little bulkier then a couple other diapers we own, they fit under all his shorts other then his jean shorts.

I would recommend these diapers, as they are easy to put on, a little harder to stuff then pockets that have an opening at the front and back, but  still fairly easy, because they have a very wide pocket opening. I think I would really like to try one of the minky pockets she offers, but I also wonder what  a minky inside would feel like..

Preston's Pants offers One Size which go from5 lbs  up to 35 lbs, and sized pockets as well. head over and check her out today, you won't be disappointed .

Colleen  the wonderful Work At Home Mom behind Preston's Pants has offered one RAFAMO3 a $30 gift code to her store.

Smarti Pants Review

Smartipants was the vision of a mommy of four who was constantly looking for an economical, yet easy to use cloth diapering system. She actually was the inventor of the first ever one size fits all pocket diaper called Wonderoos, maybe you have heard of them? She has since left Wonderoos and joined the Smartipants team and we are extremely happy she did!
As a company Smartipants is committed to making cloth diapering not only easy, but affordable. Our mission is to provide smart parents with smart solutions. We are dedicated to being 100% green, environmentally friendly, economical, and determined to keep our diapers proudly made by mothers in the United States of America!
We have a facility with over 7 years of diaper making experience and look forward to changing the world one smart parent at a time.

SmartiPants are wonderful, I love how easy they are to put on and take off, and stuffing them is just as easy. because the pocket has 2 openings it takes all the hard work out of it.  I also am thrilled with how happy the fit is, and how trim the diaper is, I don't find it to be bulky at all, which is nice because I love my son's clothes and would hate to have to buy him bigger sizes.

I also love the fact the I don't have to take out the insert before throwing it in the washer because truth be told the worst part of cloth diapering for me is touching the dirty inserts. I am super quick to do diaper laundry, as I hate the smell when I let them sit, but the Fire Engine red SmartiPants diaper I received has a white inner, and minutes after putting it on my sweet little boy pooed in it, but thankfully I did not have to touch the insert, and it came clean with the first wash. I love that fact, and I defiantly  love the SmartiPants diapers.
We have no leaks at all with this diaper, and my son will complain if his diaper fits him, but is to bulky inside no matter how trim it is on the outside, when he gets his own diaper this is the one he usually grabs, and it is so easy to use. Z is 34 inches tall, and about 28 lbs and still has 3 snap settings to go before he outgrows his Smartipants.

GO Green Pocket Diaper Review

We have had are GO Green Pocket diaper for a couple weeks now, and absolutely love it, the fit is great, and my son likes it far more then any of his other diapers.  I like the ease of stuffing just snap it and make sure it's flat in the pocket, but this is super easy because it has openings on both ends. My son is not a heavy wetter, but it doesn great with  keeping messes in.

My son has developed this habit of pooing in his white inside diapers. which made me  wonder how badly it would stain, but after a couple washes and a dry in the sun the inside of the diaper and the insert are both white as they were brand new.
I think the champ 2.0  may be the trimmest diaper we own, and that is a wonderful feature. I still do use sposies sometimes but I really like cloth. I am afraid to go out in cloth yet, and we don't use it at night, but I think this diaper would be great for night time should I change my mind this will be the one diaper I would full trust to not leak.

The Champ 2.0 comes in a variety of designs, and colors.
I received
The Tripping Billy Print and my son 's favorite color is Orange so it's perfect. Overall I would totally recommend the Champ GO Green Pocket Diaper to anyone wanting to cloth diaper their child.
Here is a detailed photo of The Champ.

just for fun here is a picture although he wouldn't sit still at all of Z in his Champ.

Eco Sprout Detergent Review.

Eco Sprout was started by a WAHD, that's right... a Work-at-home-dad who was looking for a cloth diaper detergent that was great for not just cloth diapers, but for the entire family's laundry.
Frustrated by trying various detergents over and over, nothing ever seemed to kick the ammonia smell, both on the diapers and in the pail! All the usual remedies were tried, baking soda, vinegar, special products made just for the ammonia, pail scents...you  name it!  It just got to be overwhelming. There had to be a way to just use one product and simplify the washing process.
Once that thought entered his head...the research began. It wasn't easy, he wanted something that was environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and 100% natural. But it had to work! It had to CLEAN the diapers too.  After months of trial and research he finally did it! Came up with the perfect balance that resulted in clean diapers, derived from natural ingredients, 100% bio-degradable, and kicked the ammonia smell!
Samples were sent out, family and friends began to use the product and the word got out. Soon thereafter, Eco Sprout was born!
We are a small family run company with complete attention to quality control. Each batch of Eco Sprout is hand made and mixed, ensuring a pure batch.  We want families to know that small changes can make a big difference! Changing to an all natural detergent that is highly concentrated limits waste. Less is more and all of that...

Since I started Cloth Diapering I have been filled with questions like what detergents don't have brighteners.  I know you also can't use certain ones because of additives they have, I also have to be careful because my son has super sensitive skin, and certain things make his Eczema Flair up big time. I am happy to say since we started using the Eco Sprout Detergent we have no rashes, my diapers are getting super clean, they rinse clean the first time, and I don't have to have a super long wash routine.
I'm not sure what my favorite scent is yet... because I received the
Sample Detergent Pack-
Sample Pack which comes with a sample 2 oz sample bag of each of the following scents.
I do however have my favorite narrowed down to One of 2. It's either Ocean Blue or Baby Powder. Even though Eco Sprout is scented going into the wash it leaves your diapers clean with no residue or scent left after the rinse cycle. I also believe the Eco Sprout detergent is reasonably priced at:

  • 96 oz bag: 96 to 192 loads*      $24.98

  • 48 oz bag: 48 to 96 loads*        $13.98

  • 24 oz bag: 24 to 48 loads*         $7.98

  • 2 oz sample bag: 2 to 4 loads*     $1.75

  • Because I have a regular upright washer I only get the lesser amount of washes out of each bag, but if you don't wash everyday that could last quite a while.

I also got to try a sample of Eco Sprout Bottom Balm, now I love the detergent alot but I was not as thrilled with the bottom balm I felt it was just to thick to get out of the sample container easily and whiel changing a diaper it's not always easy to keep a child still long enough to fiddle around with the rash cream for a few minutes.

    Willow Store- Sprout Change Review

    Willowstore_logo
Just like you, we want to make a difference in our children’s lives—to make them better. That is why we created our new diaper, Sprout Change.
As a mom, I want only the best for my baby. I know that using disposable diapers are not healthy for my baby, not good for the environment and certainly not the most economical.  I want to keep my child safe, and wrapped in only the softest, preferably organic, fabrics. But as a mom, I know that it’s a process. I know that working parents don’t always have the option to exclusively cloth diaper, and families don’t always have their own washing facilities. I understand this. That’s the beauty of Sprout Change. You don’t have to have it one way or the other. You can make a big difference in your baby’s future, one diaper at a time. Each time you change your baby, you have the opportunity to make a difference. Each diaper you don’t throw away represents one more step towards our reusable future, and one more gift you can give your child.
We all know of the problems every family is facing today. We know that the economy has shaken many families and changed the lives of millions. But together we have a chance to make a difference. We are committed to our company mission in keeping jobs in the US. We are committed to a healthier, responsible, reusable future. Our earth is not disposable. Our future is not disposable. We all want change. We know the problems, and now we have the solution.  With every choice we make we choose to make our future reusable, for our children.

    SC logo
Sprout Change is unlike any other diaper on the market. It is a truly innovative, patent-pending, reversible one-size diaper system. Our system is the easiest, most convenient reusable diaper available, that also happens to give you the best fit and ultra-trim absorbency, it's premium without the price. And made in the USA. We didn't compromise, so you don't have to.

    Lemon Ice reversible diaper
The Sprout Change Diaper  really is a different type of Diaper. since it isn't a pocket, or an all in one, it has a lay in soaker, because you have the shell with adjustable elastic, and you lay the Bamboo Soaker in and just change it out for a clean on when it becomes soiled.  This can allow you to reuse the shell a couple times, before washing. I love that idea it means less laundry, and makes the diaper pretty trim, my son can wear regular clothes over them.

The thickness of the soaker helps to make sure it absorbs well, but also takes alot longer to dry them all my other inserts.  I have washed it and my sin has worn it a few times and so far it is holding up great. I will also tell you The Willow Store has great customer service, and that makes a deference in the company to.

After years of research, and cloth diapering her children, Catherine Bolden created The Willow Store. Dedicated to promoting a more reusable future, she created natural, common sense products that were easy to use, and complimented a more natural lifestyle. In 2005, WillowSprouts was born, and offered organic hemp diapering products to the cloth diapering world. Catherine spent years trying different cloth diapers to find the perfect fit for her son, who has special needs. Each diaper worked well for some things, but nothing gave the perfect combination of fit, absorbency and ease of use, so in 2010, she created Sprout Change.
Sprout Change came from this need for a better diaper. There’s plenty of cloth diapers out there, and they all pretty much work. Sprout Change is a compilation of all the great things cloth diapers can be. Our system is a hybrid unlike any other that combines pocket diapers, prefolds and all-in-ones to make the least confusing, most economical diaper available.... That anyone can afford.
