Well I am pleased to tell you I believe Boudreaux's Butt Paste has got to be it. It's what I used with my oldest 2 children, and it smells better then other creams I have tried. It's thick enough  that it stays put to clear up the rash quickly, but also smooths on easily. As sad as I am to tell you though I can not use it on my youngest child for he is allergic to Zinc Oxide and thus not safe for him.
