I can not even tell I'm wearing shape wear at all. It is that comfortable, and I find myself shrinking in waistline over and over. When I first received the Miracle Vest I had trouble getting it to latch completely on the first set of hooks, but after a week I can comfortably latch it on the second set, and wear it just like that for 8 hours with no problems. Would I buy one... after wearing this for the last month or so YES YES YES.
I warn you that the miracle vest isn't very lite in weight but I really do not notice it at all while I am wearing it.
